Over 20 State Parties have already signed on to implement our recommendations!

The Democrats have an enormous opportunity to capture the energy of the most diverse and most progressive generation in American history and empower them to create a lasting Democratic majority. But we can only do it if we change our approach. When it comes to empowering young leaders and cultivating new talent, Democrats are flat out getting beat by Republicans who invest more time, money, and resources into their young leaders. Their College Republicans machine has produced Karl Rove, Jack Abramoff, Ralph Reed, Grover Norquist and more. The Republicans pour millions into scouting young talent, giving young people grants and internships in D.C., and placing them in important positions not just in Republican politics, but in the right wing media and policy infrastructure. It's time the Democrats made similar investments.

We need to build a bench of visionary young leaders that are not only the future, but the present leaders of the Democratic Party. We can't do it with meaningless events and pandering near election time. It's time for a permanent commitment.
